Original Pancakes

Hello everyone! Today, I am showing you how to make some delicious pancakes. I've tried many times to perfect this recipe. Some of them didn't work out quite so well, however, I didn't stop until they were perfect. I hope you try and make these amazing pancakes for breakfast. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
~2 eggs
~1/2 a tsp of vanilla extract
~3/4 of a cup of milk
~1/2 a cup of almond milk
~2 tbsps of oil
~2 cups of all purpose flour
~2 tbsps of sugar
~3 tsps of baking powder
~1/4 tsp of salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat together eggs and vanilla extract. Mix in the milk, almond milk, and oil.
2. In the same bowl, whisk in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. The batter will be slightly lumpy.
3. Spray your pan with a cooking spray. Let it heat over a medium-high heat. Pour the batter by 1/4 cupfuls, and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until bubbly on top.
4. Serve with maple syrup an enjoy!
